1WHAT TYPES OF CLIENT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS?
Personal data is information that can identify you or even make you identifiable. Jaho food collects data about Clients which may include:

• Contact Information: Name, address, telephone number, email address, your ID from any social media.
• Geographic Location: From where you access and use the app from and to what location you order the Meal (this is required for the service).
• Profile data: Name, email address, password, telephone number, delivery addresses.
• Orders Information: Information related to Order(s) made via Jaho food app and information related to each Order made (special requests regarding ordered Meals, for example cooking preferences, information about allergies, if the Client decides to provide such information etc), food preferences, etc..
• Device information and access data: Device ID, device identification, operating system and corresponding version, time of access, configuration settings, information on Internet connection (IP address).
• Payment information and payment history.
• Website and communication information: Details collected by cookies and other similar tracking technologies when you use our sites or apps.

2HOW WE USE THIS PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT?
We use the information we collect from and about you for a variety of purposes, including to:

• To create and manage your user account.
• Process and respond to your queries, complaints, and suggestions.
• For research and development purposes, in order to understand our users (what they do on our Services, what features they like, etc.), improve the content and features of our Services (such as by personalizing content to your interests), process and complete your transactions, and make special offers.
• Send you communications that you have requested or that may be of interest to you by way of emails, or courier, or registered post, or telephone calls, or any other type of communication. We may also share your preferences or the Services availed by you with your network followers on Jaho food for marketing and other promotional activities of our Services.
• Enable us to show you ads that are relevant to you.
• Generate and review reports and data about, and to conduct research on, our user base and Service usage patterns.
• Provide you with customer support.
• Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
• Notify you about changes to our Services.
• Allow you to participate in interactive features offered through our Services.
• In any other way, we may describe when you provide the information, and for any other purpose with your consent.
• Direct Marketing purpose, we may also use your information to contact you about our own and our selected business partners’ products and services that may be of interest to you.

3DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES:
In addition to data processors, we also work with third parties, to whom we also transmit your personal data, but who are not bound by our instructions. These are, for example, our consultants, lawyers or tax consultants who receive your data from us on the basis of a contract and process your personal data for legal reasons or to protect our own interests. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. This will never take place without your explicit consent.

4HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA?
We generally delete your data after the purpose has been fulfilled. The exact deletion rules are defined in our regional deletion concepts. Different deletion rules apply depending on the purpose of the processing. Within our deletion concepts we have defined various data classes and assigned rule deletion periods to them. The data collected is marked with a deletion rule. When the retention period is met, the stored data will be deleted accordingly. We will delete your personal data if you wish and let us know via email at info@jahofood.com or if your account is inactive for three years. In addition to the deletion rules defined by us, there are other legal retention periods which we must also observe. For example, tax data must be kept for a period of between six and ten years . These special retention periods vary according to local legal requirements. Therefore, despite your request for deletion of your data, we may still have to store some of the stored data due to legal regulations. In this case, however, we will restrict data from further processing.
